Returns

Physical items purchased on organisedbyyou.com.au in a new and saleable condition may be returned for a store credit within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase and documentation, as well as re-packaged in original packaging. Any return shipping fees are at the cost of the customer and will not be refunded. 

Any damaged or defective products are eligible for a full refund, including shipping. Please reach out to our Customer Care team at info@organisedbyyou.com.au for return & refund steps. 

Unfortunately we are unable to refund any digital download products purchased off the Organised By You website. If there are any issues with your digital downloads, or if you have any questions, please reach out to our Customer Care team.

  

Returns Process

If your purchase is eligible for a return, please contact info@organisedbyyou.com.au along with your name & order number. 

Once your return request has been received & approved, you will be provided a return address.

Please take care when sending back your item. Any items lost in the mail are the responsibility of the customer and we are unable to offer a store credit. We always recommend keeping hold of your tracking number to avoid missing parcels. 

Once our team has received and processed your return, you will be notified by email. Please allow up-to 3 business days for your store credit to appear in your account.
